Your primary responsibility for the SAP Service Management (SM) module will be to analyze and support the improvement of service processes and transactions, design and recommend effective solutions, configure SAP and test results of system changes, write specifications for development of custom reports, required business transactions, and interfaces, document processes, system configurations, inputs and outputs, guide and train end users in new processes and supporting solutions, develop conversion strategies and test scenarios and monitor, troubleshoot, and repair the system as required.

Support Module: Ability to understand the set-up and functionality of a module and apply standard changes to the set-up to reflect business needs. This skill does not require experience or ability in running work-sessions or making fundamental structural changes to the module’s configuration.

Implement Module: Ability to undertake an implementation of a module throughout its life-cycle including the design and delivery of user work-sessions. Attendance of formal training classes does not automatically qualify this skill.

Job Description: We are searching for a PeopleSoft HRMS Project Manager who has led several functional implementations of Peoplesoft’s HRMS products at very large companies across multiple sites.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead the team and provide PeopleSoft 8.x functional knowledge to clients implementing or upgrading the application. Responsibilities will include leading application configuration and Fit/Gap sessions, developing, performing and facilitating application testing programs, writing specification for interfaces, customizations and reports.
